特に朝や夕は暑くもなく寒くもなく、お散歩には最適です。

私が考える見守りはご近所でお住まいの地域全体で高齢者を労り、いつでも自宅に戻れるように声をかけてあげられる環境作りです。
認知症の進行を遅らせるためにはご自身で考え、身体を動かしてもらうことが必要だと言われています。
高齢のご家族がいつでも自由に安心して出掛けて、そして安心して迷子になっていただける地域づくり、街づくりが必要だと思うのです。
